We offer 2 cancellation policies depending of the chosen rate plans.

For any flexible rate plans, policy is defined as below:
- If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For any rate plans with prepaid conditions, policy is defined as below:
